For this one there are four groups of enemies, 11 total. Whether they spawn when you ring the bell or not depends on what side of the area you're on. If you're on the bridge side, the ones that come from the cemetery will spawn and if you're on the cemetery side, the ones that come from the bridge will spawn

I could not get more than 6/11 for this one. Shot the bell 3 times and ran around the church/bridge etc. tons of times. Also wen back and forth to other places and back again etc. Could not shoot the bell more than 3 times I think. Then nothing happend. Will try again on my next run.

@QRS666 -- I think I know what you're doing wrong. For the other five make sure you are literally shooting the bell directly from the cemetery itself. Long shots from the graveyard will trigger enemies from the bridge. Those are the five you're missing.

I had the same problem as QRS666 and with GamingWithDrew's tip I was able to spawn the remaining 5 enemies. Thanks GWD🤘🏻🧟‍♂️

Me parece que no. Los que no ponen NG+ permitido (significa en una partida nueva).

Aunque yo creo que en NG este logro se puede hacer... Más bn porque es un logro como el de solo a cuchillo.

Never knew you could do this! Pretty sure Remake Separate Ways has a nod to this. Right after you ring the bell, when you make your way back through the Cemetery, you'll find three groups of enemies making their way over to the Church, two groups of three, and one group of four, just like how many enemies show up when you ring the bell here as Leon. Thought it was interesting!
