Is there a known bug with Luis Memo found at the beginning of 4-2? My count isn't updating when I grab that one.

Si no te da el logro creo es por qué tienes que leerlos almenos solo pásalos rápido pero no los cierres al solo tenerlos

I’ll now complete the game in 1 session and collect all the files, and if I don’t get this achievement I’ll be disappointed.

Bit of a shame how you keep all of your files and it says "ng+ allowed" but picking up the missing file doesn't pop the achievement, you need to collect everything all over again :/

I somehow missed the very first file in the village on my first run ... Not a huge deal given the amount of runs you need to do but still a pain to take note of it.

For some reason, I don't know if it's a bug, but when I finish the cabin chapter, it seems like the "Manual 1" file is removed from my inventory out of nowhere, probably this happened with the comment above me, that's pretty weird.

As far as I'm concerned, tutorial memos such as Playing Manual 1-3 and Info on Ashley don't count towards this achievement. Only memos that you pick up will count.
