The Bella Sisters spawn at kill counts of approximately 10, 25 and 40. They always spawn as a pair, and will either spawn close together or far apart depending on your position. Just prioritise them as soon as they appear.
Run towards them and stop short, you'll bait them into swinging so you can get an easy headshot stun.

Questions that will help me and others to get this achievement: 1-What would these "spawn lines" be? 2-Can you break the bella sisters' necks?

Yes, you can break the Bella Sisters' necks, hence why I recommend playing on Village as they are easily dispatched with HUNK.
As for the spawn lines; I recommend heading to my Youtube channel (same name as on here: Sarcosuchas) where you can find guides that cover the village spawn, and multiple videos of the Neckbreaker Ballet, as I'm fairly sure this achievement was inspired by my video on the PS4 version.

I don't know if I give up, well, after 19 attempts, it's noticeable that it starts to fill up with ganado, and if I take damage, another ganado gives me more damage because of the animation, this made me lose 7 times in a row.

I got it with just 5 seconds left, getting comboed and dying with 3 seconds remaining—right on the edge!

You can get it without opening the castle door. It's tight, but it's possible!

This one was unnecessary hard. I spent hours on this. If you do it in the castle I would recommend collecting all hourglasses before killing ANY enemy. That way the Garrador will not spawn when you open the gate to pick the last hourglass. Make sure not to return to the gate after you started your combo as it will trigger the garrador again. Also I tried to stay away from the gate in general as you will have some shield and mask zombies spawn when you get close to it. Just pick a corner left or right of the gate and kill the zombies there. Running bellow to the ladders sometimes when they are not spawning enough. Good luck

Minhas mãos nunca tremeram tanto e meu coração nunca bateu tão forte jogando RE4, perdi um combo no 48 depois de 3 críticos seguidos e uma agarrão. Cismei de fazer na vila e depois de 7 horas ontem e mais 3 hoje finalmente consegui. Sempre usava o spaw encima da casa porque é o melhor pra coletar todas os bônus de tempo antes de começar o combo. Achei o celeiro que fica na parte do fundo da vila um bom lugar, pra evitar que os ganados possam chegar pelos lados. Tem que tomar cuidado com os machados e foices que eles arremessam, se lembrar de baitar os ataques antes de executar o neckbreaker, usar bem o espaço que de recuo dos ganados depois de um neckbreaker e mate as plagas o mais rápido possível. As Bellas Sister pra mim foram a parte mais fácil, só deixava elas chegarem bem perto e aplicava o neckbreaker assim que atordoava uma delas. Pro final da partida vão aparecer dois ganados com dinamite, tente lidar com eles o mais afastado possível de outros ganados ou se eles já estiverem no meio de um grupo mate o máximo possível antes de lidar com eles, pra não perder neckbreakers pra explosão. Essa era a penúltima conquista que faltava pra mim, tirando pegar a Ashley de armadura na escada que não sei porque não tinha feito ainda XD, foi uma bela platina, me fez jogar de formas que eu nunca joguei.

man this achievement is making me somewhat angry, too many dings, can't snap necks in peace without someone throwing something and they all hang together.

sucks too because i have 7 achievements left as of this post
