    My strategy:

    1) Difficulty: Normal

    2) Conservate your healing items and make sure you have the bulletproof vest equipped.

    3) Go through the underpass without killing any enemies until you find the Maul.

    4) Go back two rooms and start your way back to the path you need to go, killing every single numb body (only) you find with the maul. The hold attack is your best option and heal if you need. You will probably reach 15 in the room before taking the dryer.
