    In order to earn this achievement, you have to dish out 15,000 damage to this boss before the countdown ends and Golem Boss escapes.

    He does said countdown 2-3 times, then complains a bit, so you have time, even on your first playthrough.R-66Y's Shock helps, a LOT, but shouldn't be needed.

    Phew... I just use Haste on Frog and Lucca, punch boss using Red Needle, and using Marle best damage spells. Very easy.

    Is there anything weird to trigger this? I just beat Golem Boss before the countdown and the cheevo didn't pop.
