Braindead strat:
-Turn on Speedups
-Turn on an auto clicker
-set your controller to keep turning right.

Left my computer AFK for 30 minutes and I got it.

You need more than 250.000 score to get it.
You need to destroy all ships to drop blue point and you get some blue points to level up and increase points gradually.

Only 10 points for this? Man, this crazy... This is the hardest one deserve at least 50, because after 3 hours trying it I beat only 53000 and almost broke my thumb mashing O button

got it at lvl 26 if anyone is wondering how long it takes. just keep going right with analog and spamming

afk strat for pcsx2. s/o @Chows
go to settings > emulation > fast-forward speed and set it to unlimited.
go to settings > controllers > controller port > macros.
set the 1st macro (Cross) to frequency 2 and press to toggle.
set the 2nd macro (D-Pad Right) to frequency 1 and press to toggle.
activate the macros and fast forward. Don't forget to disable "pause on focus loss" if you wanna alt-tab.

My strategy: Stay on bottom left shooting, when the ships appears you destroy them following them on a clockwise movement just to avoid the red projectile.
Get used to enemy colour movement, it's always the same, so sometimes it's better to eliminate them all when they are 'leaving'

I beat without any macro but you can use macro auto shoot to make it easier.

Found out that like a lot of other GTA stuff this one if FPS DEPENDANT, playing with pcsx2's 60 fps patch makes this cheevo extremely harder, and macro strat useless.

Turn 60 fps patch off before doing this one.
