There is in fact a way to get this achievement as it is easily. You only need to have unlocked elevator and the mine afterwards. Go the house in Freejia where you found Erik (starting point) and then to the unlocked mine after the elevator.

For the developer, I would recommend replacing the requirement 8b56 with a95c, that would start from the world map then instead. I'd also recommend adding the room at the end of the Diamond Mine where you get the elevator key, and... (1/2)

...adding a check so the world map is the first value that needs to be triggered. Otherwise one can just run through everything after it is cleared. (2/2)

Achievement was reworked now. A checkpoint was added to every room so using the shortcut of leaving the dungeon after acquiring the key wont work anymore.

it's really difficult by some enemies. especially the lizards with their weapons.

Can confirm you only need to enter each room as shown on the GameFAQ map (so do not need G, H, I from that map). I did 1-2-3-Freedan-4-5-6-7-9-8 (8 last as it is easy to get hit as you enter). On Room 2, go fast as you approach C. Otherwise go slow throughout and it is not hard (I cleared entire dungeon first, then went back out to world map).

WRT to Gorejelly's comment, you have to do 9 last as the achievement only pops in room 9. So you might as well do 7-8-9.

Follow this video for this achievement, you can clear the area beforehand and save, and try as many times as you want, remembering that you have to go to the MAP.
OBS: I prefer to kill all enemies to make it easier
