Hmm did come out and back but it didn't unlock. However, when I reset and then reloaded the file, which had me coming out of the building next to the swamp and did it, it unlocked. Just tip in case in case anyone has a similar situation.

Thanks, it did it for me too. Strangely enough even the first time I got them all without getting hit or pressing buttons and didn't get it. I reset to my save where I started the walk with bow wow (not sure if it made any difference), went to the phone building just to the left of the swamp, went in, saved, restarted, did it and got the unlock.
