    Kabuto Puzzle (Top Left) is use an Escape Rope

    Aerodactyl Puzzle (Bottom Left) is use Flash

    Ho-Oh Puzzle is have Ho-Oh in the lead of your party and interact with the wall

    Omanyte Puzzle is Water Stone. All you have to do is enter the room with one in your inventory. These can be obtained as a gift from Fisher Tully on Route 42.
