Dunsparce is found in the cave before Violet City with a 1% encounter rate.

Yeah, if it tells you how rare Dunsparce are, I saw exactly 552 Geodude, 271 Zubat, & 6 Dunsparce while Shiny Hunting lmao.

Utilizei 3 sentret, 1 hoppip e 1 cyndaquil.. para o pidgeotto usei tail whip com o hoppip e depois 3 smokescreen com o cyndaquil, foi o suficiente para ele errar todos os ataques!! Então finalizei a batalhe usando apenas Tackle.

Searched all over and cant figure out how to enable "set mode" on Onion OS on the Miyoo Mini +. Retroarch is emulating behind the surface if that helps. Any info greatly appreciated

Set mode is an in-game option in the options menu, under "Battle Style".

It may appear as "shift mode" its the setting that turns off the "BLANK is about to use psyduck, will YOURNAME change pokemon?"

It ended up referring to the Battle Styles in Crystals in game settings like Manakate said and not a Retroarch setting or anything. Appreciate ya'll!

Totodile or Dunsparce spamming rage clears this easy
And it's alright if they level up during the battle, they just have to be at or below level 9 when the battle begins

There's a bug here, if you trade in a mareep which is usually unobtainable in crystal and use it in the fight the achievement won't pop

I know it's mareep that's the issue because if I switch in mareep the little icon in the bottom right disappears indicating I've 'missed' the achievement

How can I flag this for Dev team?

Isn't as intended? I know from other threads that it's a "no trades" run. So Mareep Evo line is banned, but the Pokedex doesn't count Pokemon not obtainable via trade

What does "Johto Pokemon only" mean? Pokemon found in Johto or pokemon introduced in gen 2?

I've tried this several times with Pidgeys and failed. I'm wondering if that's because it's a gen 1 pokemon.

Question, using evolutions introduced in Johto of Kanto Pokemon count? I have been using a level 8 Steelix (Violet City trade and use a Metal Coat from another save file) and it didn't recognized it. Steelix finished the battle at lv. 9.

These sets do not ask to do any sort of trading whatsoever. Not too sure about this set, but some others will just stop giving you certain achievements if you obtain pokemon in your dex from methods like trading or glitching.

Also, you can use Espeon and Umbreon in these. You have to use pokemon that were introduced in gen 2. So you can’t use Zubaf or Golbat but Crobat you can.
