I got them all and it says 7/7 but still wont unlock. I'm afraid it has glitched but I haven't tried a new game yet.

Monica of Monday - Route 40 in front of the Battle Tower gate house

Tuscany of Tuesday - Route 29

Wesley of Wednesday - Lake of Rage. You will need to take the winding paths accessed from Route 42.

Arthur of Thursday - Route 36 by the Violet City exit

Freida of Fridat - Route 32 above the Poke Centre

Santos of Saturday - Blackthorn City. Will need to go past the gym and jump the ledges

Sunny of Sunday - Route 37 by the Apricorn Trees

Don't be stupid like me, I thought I had already gotten the pink bow and I thought it was bug because it was 6/7 but in this game you get 2 pink bows. lol

if you're missing one and don't mind time-changing, you can use http://www.psypokes.com/gsc/timechange.php and then do the following on main menu:
down+select+b
let go of down + b (holding only select)
press up and left simultaneously
let go of select

from there you input the password you generated above and it'll let you reset the date!

you can also just change the day and time on your actual pc and it'll change in game
