Go to Diglett’s Cave and capture 3 Diglett’s.

Have all 3 of them be around Level 20 and use Dig or Magnitude.

I would recommend using Magnitude on Pikachu and Raichu because Dig takes 2 turns to attack and by that time Surge just spams “Double Team” over and over again and your attacks constantly miss.

So make sure to use Magnitude as you’ll attack straight away.

Soloed this one with a level 23 Diglett, not much else to say. Also had a Dig Paras & Gloom on the side just in case.

I did this solo with Geodude at level 23. I taught it the Rock Throw TM and used that and Magnitude. Easy win.

Spammed Dig on the first 2 Foes, till i switched to oddish to use sleep powder, then used diglett to finish it off with dig.

I am running a semi practice run and I reached level 25 so was curious

geodude absolutely tank the gym, let him constantly spam magnitude and you are done, i wanted to play it safe and used a gloom to fight the first voltorb who can use sonicboom, but it shouldn't be a problem to just use geodude alone.

A level 21 Raticate with Hyper Fang ripped through this gym all by himself for me! I wouldn't worry about taking the time to train 3 Digletts up for it.

Be careful playing on the same lvl as the gym leader, if one pokemon levels up in the fight (even if you already won the battle) the achievement is not gonna pop up.

Followed DarkArgentino6 advice. Raticate Lv22 spamming Hyper Fang got me this chievo.
