    Almost impossible on the 60FPS-patch; I made it after like 20+ tries (with 1-2 seconds left) on the 60FPS-version, but it might be more manageable if you play the original or a non-60FPS-version.

    during the last section when you are on the red roof parts, you can skip going around the roof for the spring and just spindash jump up it. this saves a good few seconds and what i had to do to obtain this a rank

    Pretty easy if you know the roller coaster shortcut, did it on my 3rd attempt though (could've done it on my 2nd if i didn't embarrassingly miss the button at the end).
