Do not move boxes or break rocks in the room. IIRC climb on the highest box and use ice sword or ice whip to freeze the highest flying moth when it's near the opening at the middle of the ceiling.

In fact it's not even needed you just have to make a jump againt the upper platform , Nathank will bounch on it and there you go ! you are on the most highter platform without even needed to freeze the moth but indeed , DO IT before even start the puzzle otherwise i can't once you do it (i have done the item before of course) all will disappear.

So as my neighbors as said just use the highter box and there well jump against the side of the highter platform you will rebounce and here you go ! Honestly very easy to do;

As stated above, the ice whip isn't explicitly necessary to do this (but you probably have it already) - just double jump off the highest box and walljump off of the right side of the gap to get to where the breakable wall is. If the puzzle is already solved, it should be possible to freeze the moth and do a wall jump up to the top, though it's a bit awkward to do it that way.
