Not a glitch, really. More like a bug missed by developers. Do it in magician mode if you want it fully glitchless: you can't have the necessary cards at that point of the game in other modes.

The only problem i have with this achievement isn't that it's hard or a glitch (or not), it's that it's pretty cryptic. A hint would do a world of good.

Can't really imagine a hint for this that would not tell the solution right away. Just give them dog's favorite item? lol

Once you get to the Twin Dragon Zombie boss room, enter the door but don't go too far to avoid the door closing, the door closing indicates the beginning of the fight, stay on the door without it closing, use the Skeleton transformation (Pluto+Black Dog), throw bone until you kill one of the dragons

Some luck involved with this one. The fight doesn't "start", but the boss does become active.
So it's just hoping you get the lucky hit before getting struck by a stray fireball.. Guess I'm unlucky as it took at least a dozen tries.

Dang, probably hands down the best farming place in the game, skip from level 30 to 40 quite fast, just run away when you hear flames and you're good to go.

That is probably what this achievement description should say. It clearly describes what must be done, but allows the player to come up with the solution. "Without starting the fight" is vague and is not clearly defined in game. If I am hitting it, the fight has started, has it not?
