    Sometimes, the achievement will just...refuse to work? Even after doing the challenge successfully, the achievement didn't pop. It must be related to how the challenge indicator didn't show up on that attempt.

    Consistent strategy for me was as soon as the fight starts bounce about two to three times and hit him. Time his "hit protection blinking part" with the bounces and boom you just bullied the government XD. Just thought I'd share this strategy even though its prob the meta.

    I'll just share my strat since it worked even without the bounce.

    As soon as the fight starts, jump on the box to the left and jump to homing attack as he's flying at you. (Don't worry about picking up any rings just yet, you can wait for the second or third steps to pick up a ring or two.) If things go correctly, he'll start flying in a circle and firing around towards the right, destroying a bunch of boxes but not the ones you need. Then, as soon as he starts flying towards you, hit him again and book it to the box ahead of you. (The one on *his* right (your left) when the fight starts.)

    If things go right, he'll swoop around to the right again and veer towards you once more without breaking any of the necessary boxes. Hit him for the third time, and then head to the box you stood on before. I believe he should veer to the left and loop back around to strike, where you can land the fourth and final hit.
