    Near the 1st checkpoint, use the spinning platforms to jump very high up to the right and land on that ceiling block from above. Now in the secret room with a few doors and plenty of coins, follow the path Left->Right->Right->Left. Choosing the wrong door is fine, as you can just go back and try again.

    If you had trouble hitting enough 1-Up-Fly Guys, just wait until all have spawned, then use a Cloud Item from your inventory to turn all fly guys into clouds and earn all 1-Ups.
