This one is referring to the last screen of this stage (after the key door) and NOT the coin room after the green pipe (that one seems impossible even with items). To find this "secret location", in the last room, look for a visible cloud very high up (press up to make the screen scroll higher up). Shoot the cloud to reveal a staircase. Now go all the way left to the door you came from and find an invisible cloud nearby containing a switch. Press it and RUN back to the staircase to collect all those coins. You'll probably need to shoot a bunch of eggs at the coins to make it in time. If you fail, you'll have to start the level over.

Use the watermelon, and shoot all the first coins first and then the others, if you can't, so you don't lose the melllancia reset the game.

I've tested it only with eggs, had not thought about the watermelon. So it will be possible with shooting eggs only.
