After the auto-scroller with those falling blocks, keep going right until you find a green pipe next to a flower (it's on the main path to beat the level). Shoot the invisible cloud above the red arrow that points right to find a button that leads you into the secret room.

I got all of the coins and the 1ups without touching the floor at all, even exiting the room and still didn't get the achievement.

Make sure you touch down on the far end before going back. Unlocked when feet hit the ground at the start.

Clue:
Before jumping hold to → press B, and as soon as
the ceiling is straight press quickly press B again
without releasing →, when you reach the end touch
the ground, and come back holding for ← and repeat
the process, as soon as you touch the ground from
the beginning the achievement will be unlocked

It's a little easier if you release B as soon as you hit the ceiling, then after you hold right/left, you start holding B again too, while you're still stuck. Done correctly, you should always start a jump immediately after you drop from the ceiling. Then just repeat this (release B just after you hit the ceiling again, then press and hold B again, all this while still holding left/right).
Unsure about this, but you might also need to hold Up alongside the direction you're going (i.e. hold up-right/up-left and B) for the easier method to work. And you may need to time it a bit to get all the lives, but once you learn how to do it in the first place (practice in the area with solid ground), that shouldn't be too difficult.

Since I found the above advice a little confusing, here's a simpler explanation:

The ceiling is a gel. Yoshi can jump into it to get his head stuck in it for a little bit, then falls out again. The floor under this gel is lava, and Yoshi will lose a life if he touches it. When Yoshi jumps into the gel, his head will get stuck, as I already mentioned. Once Yoshi's head is stuck, the gel's pixels that surround Yoshi's head will move upwards a bit [since Yoshi pushed them up with his head]. They'll gradually settle back down as Yoshi falls out. Once the pixels are back to their original state [i.e., no longer pushed up by Yoshi's head], hold B and whichever direction you're going [If you're getting the coins/1UPs, head right. If you're heading back to the pipe you came from, head left]. It sounds difficult but really isn't. You can practice at the very beginning of the secret area, since there's a small section where there isn't any lava under the gel. Good luck!

Just as an observation: You don't need to time the B press when the ceiling is flat. At any moment while Yoshi is stuck on the ceiling, simply let go of B and press it again. If you're already holding B when Yoshi gets unstuck, he'll always do a flutter automatically, getting stuck on the ceiling once again. You can't hold B for 2 consecutive flutters, so repress it each time Yoshi hits the ceiling. Also, you don't need to hold 'Up' for this trick.

Não é tão dificil quanto parece.

Quando vc pular no gel amarelo, o Yoshi ficará preso por alguns segundos e vai cair, na hora que vc ver a animação das pernas dele "correndo", aperta B e segura pra direção aonde vc quer ir, que ai ele vai voar e ficar preso no gel novamente.
Repita até chegar ao fim da sala e ao voltar.
