I'm surprised this awards more retropoints than the no upgrade run. That achievement is the only one I expect to be a challenge.

Aside from Maverick Hunter stage 2 which is full of spikes, I don't think this will be too hard.

you need to get the shoryuken? i already did it 2 times but the achievement doesnt pop up

Honestly, not too hard. Did it on my 2nd attempt because I fat fingered a jump at the wrong time and fell into a pit. The only upgrades I skipped were the heart tanks in Overdrive Ostrich and Wheel Gator's stages. The only boss I thought would give me real trouble was Serges 2, but you can use Giga Crush to end his first phase immediately, then jump onto the bottom of his machine and spam Sonic Slicers to knock him out easy.
Great cheevo, and it feels good to have finally re-mastered this game.

This game has too much spikes, and everything wants you to fall on a pit or being smashed somewhere.
I had to do Magna Centipede first because those crates was a run killer for me. But I did it. Felt good.
