    After using the Hover Bike, there's a part after the first bed of spikes. Get up there and use Wheel Gator's weapon to open the room. Then charge Silk Shot. A word of warning, you will have to use the charged Silk Shot in a few spots on the room, because the cheevo didn't trigger the first few tries.
