As soon as you reach 8 with every spirit the achievement will trigger. You don't have to max it to 8:99

If you have every other spirit achievement related to the girl you should also get this one. They use the same conditions.

Yes but some I got on another computer because I changed it there I sent my save for this one I finished it and it was not

When you cast a spell with the girl you will also see the level of that spirit. Make sure every spirit the girl use is at the max level in case for some reason you didnt save your progress when you maxed any of them.

If you have enough money just cast the sword spells over and over on fast forward then rest and start over. It's just time consuming.

For anyone annoyed by the time consumption for this, go to the Wind Palace and cast the least costly spells over and over and use fast forward. Cuts down on the time needed AND free healing.

Fastest way to grind out Primm's magic is to chill out in the Wind Palace with Popoi's grandpa. Free heal, quick save, and full casting XP.

Magic XP is calculated:

9 - Spell lvl = XP per cast in a combat zone.

or

(9 - Spell lvl) / 2 = XP per cast in a friendly zone.

It takes 186 casts to get from level 0-8. You can cast every 4 seconds, if you're quick, and it comes out to about ~13 minutes to grind a single elemental in a combat zone without fast forward.

Even though there's no enemies in the temple, it's still considered a combat zone since you have your weapons drawn.

I guess grandpa could go on a murderous rampage at any moment? Old people are sneaky like that. Better be quick before grandpa comes for you! He knows where you sleep...
