    If you are looking those in advance to decide what map to make, try to get Tulwar through Treasure Hunt (2 Plains - 2 City): Other than that, there is only ONE that you can steal in all of the game in mission 12 Jagd Hunt. Problem being that it's fairly early in the game so you probably wont have "Steal weapon" and on top of that it's an hidden item, meaning you need to steal at least once before the ennemy equip it...

    These treasure hunt rules doesn't make sense to me. I tried to find Tulwar and Silver Coat, but it didn't work.
    For the Tulwar, do you have to put 2 plains and 2 city in square ? Or one in the middle of the 3 others ? Or a City, then a City, then a Plain etc, in line ?

    Managed to get one from two ninjas in the quest "Shadow clan". The ninjas have to be around lvl 40-44. Get most of your party with the catch reaction ability and you will get it after some time.
