Okay now. You would think it’s hard as hell, but actually this fight is way easier than Margaret solo battle. You’ll sure have to prepare a little bit, and that’s what you need:
1. Level up until 98;
2. Obtain the best weapon (Lucifer’s blade for male protagonist or Vel Vel Muruga for female protagonist);
3. Obtain the best armor and shoes (Armor of Light and Shoes of Light);
4. Equip Vitality Ring (+30% HP accessory);
5. Make sure you have the following items: at least 30 beads (any item that fully restores health will do it), at least 20 homunculi (you can obtain 20 from Margaret’s Luck door), at least 11 Infinities (you can obtain 10 from Margaret’s Fortune and Strength door), 1 Armageddon (you can obtain 10 from Margaret’s Hanged Man door), at least 3 Best Friends (thus you will be able to apply all -kaja skills);
6. Fuse three personae
Those 3 personae are the following:
1. Starting persona with all auto-kaja skills. Its stats or other skills don’t matter: once the battle starts, you change it and never returns to it again.
2. Messiah with: Niflheim, mind charge, ice amp, resist slash, resist strike, resist pierce, enduring soul and high counter. Make sure Messiah has all stats maxed (apart from strength — you won’t actually need it), especially magic and endurance stats! Here you might want to use all your cards that you have previously obtained from Mitsuru.
3. Anubis with the following skills: mind charge, resist slash, resist strike, resist pierce, high counter, sharp student, unshaken will, null poison. Make sure Anubis has agility, endurance and luck stats maxed.
Since you may fight either Elizabeth or Theodore, I will just refer to them as «those two». This guide will be useful regardless of your opponent.

Your main goal is to deal 10 001+ damage points within 11 cycles (92 turns). On their 93 turn (when they normally should attack with Hama skills) those two will just use diarahan and it’ll be a wasted attempt. Moreover, you will have to deal these 10 001+ damage points in a special way: you will need to literally count the damage dealt to those two. When it’s almost (but not yet) 10 000, you must stop attacking and just wait until high counter works. Even worse: high counter must trigger on their second attack of the turn. If it’s triggered on their first move and the damage dealt reaches 10 000, they will immediately heal and that’s a wasted attempt. But if it worked properly, your high counter triggered successfully and the damage dealt reached 10 001+ — it is high time you nuked those two to hell with an Armageddon. This will guarantee your victory. You have now to understand that sometimes you are just unlucky and high counter doesn’t trigger. Be patient and retry: it will eventually happen. And yes, you may not use attack or magic mirrors or else you will be barbecued well-done.
Now, here is the strategy:
You start. Change your persona to Messiah and apply mind charge. I won’t count this move as a turn, rather an opportunity to start the game fully charged. And now it begins…

1st turn: Those two will either attack with fire skills (Elizabeth summoning Surt and Theodore summoning Uriel) or physical attack. With +30% HP equipment, physical resistances and maxed endurance you can only endure 2 attacks (3 attacks if your defence is up and at least 1 attack is not physical). Now look at your HP. If those two missed you at lest once or you happened to high counter it, it’s time to attack with Niflheim. I highly recommend to attack them with Niflheim just right after and only after fire based skills turn. If those two successfully hit you twice, there is a high chance you won’t survive next turn, so you should use a bead instead. Yes, that means that you won’t attack her until the 9th turn, but that’s okay. You will have more opportunities later on. Do NOT attack or guard!
2nd turn: those two will use ice skills (Elizabeth summoning Jack Frost and Theodore summoning Gabriel) and (or) physical attacks. You should either heal yourself with beads or use a mind charge (if it’s not activated yet). By the way: you don’t have enduring soul on Messiah just for fun. Sometimes those two may land a critical hit, and since your HP is not 999, you will probably die right after. That’s also why you have a sharp student skill on Anubis. Do not attack or guard!
3rd turn: those two will use electric skills (Elizabeth summoning Thor and Theodore summoning Michael) and (or) physical attacks. And your -kaja skills will be wore off. You may heal, apply mind charge or just use any item (Cadenza is your best choice, but other than that anything will be good), but once again — do not attack or guard!

4th turn: those two will use wind skills (Elizabeth summoning Cu Chulainn and Theodore summoning Raphael) and (or) physical attacks. DO NOT FORGET NOW to change your persona to Anubis. If you forget, in their next turn you will be nuked out immediately for breaking rules by having repel light on you Messiah. Like in the previous turn, you may heal, use mind charge or items.
5th turn: those two will use Hama skills (Elizabeth summoning Metatron and Theodore summoning Sandalphon) and (or) physical attacks. Now you can not only heal yourself or use mind charge and items, but also just attack. Normal attacks won’t do much damage, but it’s better than nothing. If you are fully healed and charged, just attack them.
6th turn: those two will use Mudo skills (Elizabeth summoning Alice and Theodore summoning Lilith) and (or) physical attacks. Once again, heal yourself, use mind charge or attack. If you HP is not full, at this point you really want to heal yourself.
7th turn: those two will use aliments (Elizabeth summoning Nebiros and Theodore summoning Abaddon) and (or) physical attacks. Since you Anubis is fully safe from aliments, you just have to beware of the physical damage. Now it’s time to use Infinity. It doesn’t matter how low your health is — it’s either Infinity or savage death. So use Infinity.
8th turn: those two will try to get rid of you by using two Megidolaons (Elizabeth summoning Masakado and Theodore summoning Beelzebub). Since you used Infinity, you are safe. DON’T FORGET to change your persona back to Messaih. You now have three options in this very order: heal yourself if your HP is not full, use mind charge if it’s not applied yet or use Best friends to apply -kaja skills on yourself. Do not attack or guard.

From now on, the cycle repeats. Those two will start from using fire skills on the 9th turn up until Megidolaons on their 16th turn. You actions are also the same as described above. Meanwhile don’t forget to count the damage you dealt to those two. It may seem very hard or even impossible, but it’s really straightforward with this strategy. You’ll just need some luck (aka good RNG). I hope this will help!
