Eu achei mais facil fazer isso no final de alguma ghost house, apenas sai correndo ate o limite do goalpost, voei um pouquinho pra tras e voltei, o timing fica certinho

I just got this one. The thing is you need to be jumping and going up. I did it on Star Road 3 as it is faster to get to the finish. I took Lakitu's cloud, got close to the finish gate, waited until the tape was going up and jumped. That's what helped me I gess.

Used Forest Secret Area.
Lined up the edge of Mario's toes/boots with the rightmost end of the 2nd grey flying platform.
Did movement only to avoid all the Parakoopas just to realign because this is important for the goal spawn.
Once the goal appears and you see it you can put Mario between the middle and right grey blocks of the platform. I used the indent in his boots for where the heel is and aligned slightly behind the right eye of the middle block.
Adjust accordingly to the score you get. If screen scroll is used then these line ups will not work.

Star World 3 is good. I've also found Cookie Mountain to be a good one for this.

I think Donut plains secret 1 normal exit is the easiest exit to get 50 on.
