Biggest tip is use your left/right as little as possible. Let the wind control your movement most of the time and try not to be pressing left/right when the wind is about to change

Most annoying part about this section is how it follows the most tedious and easy checkpoint in the game. Makes learning it hard at first since you have to go through the boring spider section each time before you can give it another go. However, once you're familiar with the layout, the one sorta difficult spot is shooting all the blue mosquitoes before the DK barrel. Just take it slow and you'll be fine.

Just let yourself fall, moving slowly against the wind on the way down at first. Then use the wind to move quickly past the red hornets, who will always be moving up out of your way as they spawn. Ignore the kong letter and bananas on your way up the next part, and then mash the bird attack at all of the blue bug things coming from the right. The rest is fairly simple, just make sure to use the winds momentum to carry yourself forward through the circling red hornets. If you move past them with the wind blowing against you, you're sure to take some damage.

Also did this one, got the notification for the achievement and now it's gone? Strange. I play on an Anbernic 353m through retroarch, hooked up to my phone via hotspot to have internet. Had no trouble with the achievements for DKC3. They all worked properly, I got the notifications and didn't have to redo any of them. For DKC2 I had multiple issues with already finished achievements being marked as not done even though I got the notifications. Pretty frustrating with the difficult ones.
