    Same, here. Hit a wall and the achievement triggered at the final of the level with more than 100 bananas collected.

    Same. If this can help, by touching the final wall, the achievement is effectively lost, but by hitting the wall at 2:12 on the video, I still got it.

    There's 115 bananas in the level. You have plenty of leniency.

    For the red balloon, I jumped as soon as the cart passed over the log. This was after the first of the last two gates.

    Para o balão vermelho, saltei assim que o carrinho passou por cima do tronco. Isto foi depois do primeiro dos dois últimos portões.

    Descobri da pior forma possível que é só ler a descrição: "pegue até 100 bananas", se você pegou os dois bonus + todas as bananas da fase, não precisa se matar pra pegar a última banana em cima do barril com o X vermelho da última porta. De nada.
