There are two Kloaks with the 'N'. One to the left and one directly in front of it. They both throw Click-Clacks (blue bettles), but the one in front of the 'N' will throw a few then move to the left and throw a chest. Grab the chest and move back and the Kloaks should respawn. Let one of the bugs they throw hit the chest to open it. You'll get a 2up green balloon. Then lather, rinse, repeat. Achievement should pop once the 6th life is added.

To clarify an earlier comment. Around the letter N in Barrel Bayou, there are 2 Kloaks (floating green jackets) who throw beetles. The one on the right, sitting on top of the letter N will throw beetles and then move to the left. Once he moves to the left, he throws a chest with a green balloon inside. Grab this chest, break it open, get the balloon, and then repeat the process 2 more times for this achievement.
