I did this solo with a lvl 47 Jynx. Ice punch literally ran house on her whole team.

Beat this solo with a Level 47 Espeon with Quick Claw and a moveset of Swift, Sand-Attack, Psybeam, Psychic. Set up with 5 X Attack (If you want you can use X Special / sand-attack to prevent her espeon from killing you). From there you can sweep her team with Swift

On a side note, you can also solo Sabrina with a freshly caught Lv. 40 Lugia. Give it the Sharp Beak, use an X Attack, and watch it ratio her team with Aeroblast
