To be clear, the sequence of events is: go to the Power Plant, go to the Cerulean Gym, go to Nugget Bridge and fight the Rocket, then return to the Gym and get the Machine Part. The achievement should pop at that time.

TO DO: 1)go near of lavanda tower,2)go the generator area in dark cave + hm 5 surf,3)talk the manager smad,4)go cerulean gym,5)see the last rocket memeber,6)go the ex nugget bridge and against them,7)go find the hidden item of cerulean gym MF DONE.
TO DONT DO: 1)dont mess the date of misty,2) dont get hidden item in that gym...3)item or not item with people may no trigger the chevos. done tecnically is the last chevos.

Bueno en realidad lo que hice fue entrar al gym de Misty y luego ir al ss aqua por error, entonces reinicie el juego y salto el logro
