Press Start before completing the mission and check if you have 21/22 missions completed. That's basically only what is on achievement code besides cheat protection.

Also if i try to change core i cant because dont read my savegame on other cores, i use swanstation

When i finish the last russian mission says job finished but when press start dont count until automaticaly pick the phone to the last job

Also as i said before, some chevs dont trigger unless you make another mission, trigger for that mission and do again the one bugged and now trigger, happens me a lot so have to save aftear each mission if you can

5th missions triggering at same time of 3rd missions already was fixed. About the 7th missions they should naturally be done as the last mission. Since the same phone from penultimate mission is used is complicated to find a different trigger.

I will have to start the last district again but start whit a different gang and finish whit a different one to test if not i have to change the core but dont read my save game

But look at others users who play how from one mission chev jump to another and some are missing, some dont trigger unless you change the order you make the missions and trigger later when you do it again so need to save at every mission

Since this game use start mission triggers it's pretty much this case here.

As mentioned before the only false triggers were the 5th missions triggering earlier than expected and that was fixed already.

(I started with Russian mob, then krishna and my last mission is Army Base Alert, job #7 from Zaibatsu)
