In NOUSE mode, I focused and destroyed the yellow one, so as not to waste too much mana and have the lubicant soul active to destroy others more easily.
In the second step, I focused on destroying the bottom eyes as a priority and then the devil on the black orb.

As Heisen sugested, Curly all the way, took me 3 tries and 4 mana prisms, when in Curly nothing hits you.

It says [NG+ OK], so this means you can use the save file in where you collected all the souls and Chaos ring to make this way easier, right? Also, question. Does the Positron Rifle count as a pistol?

I tried this in NOUSE and NOSOUL, terrible idea, the other cheevos were fine, but this cannot be done without souls and spoiled milk

Be sure to have around 5 high mind ups, start with lubicante and bring all your hp down, first phase spam silver gun, really good damage and very fast, be careful with those green prisms and that abomination flying towards you, 2 cycles and should be down.

Second phase, use one Curly/devil on one eye to the left until dead, then repeat on the eye to the right. If the bone serpent, those circular daggers, or those green orbs are close, dont stop Curly until youre safe, keep refilling MP if needed. The once both eyes are down, starting from the center use curly from side to side, dont need to hit the wall, just enough to hit the boss 3 or 4 times. In a few swipes its done.

It's not difficult guys, use the Save you used to get all the souls, open an NG+ in Hard mode, Use the Chaos Ring and Spam the Curly soul Blow in the last Form and you get it easily, after all this soul leaves Soma invincible to any attack

ok it wasnt that hard, i mean it took me a bunch of tries but really the power of lubicant was op, only i needed to kill 2 of the 4 eyes and spam balore on chaos and easy done it
