I got it on my first enemy! Awesome!
It's a good thing I got it already, because the Magic Fry Pan took an insanely long time to get. Didn't want to go through that grinding again.

Is there any way to fight the Major Psychic Psychos alone? I always encounter them together with the regular Psychic Psychos.

This achievement triggered as soon as I encountered a Major Psychic Psycho with a Star Pendant (IE, it technically triggered before I obtained the item).

I was able to steal it using Jeff's Spy ability so I still did what the achievement was asking for, but it's worth noting that the achievement logic isn't checking for the sword to be in your inventory.

I got super lucky with this achievement - I managed to find it in about 15 minutes of grinding. To be fair, I got pretty unlucky with the Broken Antenna so I think my luck balances out overall.

Hopefully I can get the Gutsy Bat fast as well so I can be done with this set.

The room right by the entrance always seems to have a major and regular one in there so just go in and out of there

Technically, this and Broken Parabolic Antenna are missable ones.
If you want to grind for 1/128 things when you get stronger, DO NOT rewrite your save in The Cliff That Time Forgot or Cave Of The Past. They don't allow teleportation or simply a return.
Leave one when you get to Saturn Village, then copy it in the start menu.
