Just to inform y'all, Jeff can repair the Broken Antenna by being healed at Ness' house during the invasion, but that won't trigger the achievement.
Instead, sleep at Saturn Valley or somewhere else and you'll get the achievement.

It took me over an hour of grinding before I found a Broken Antenna :(

Took around 35 spheres. It dropped waaaaaay easier than the Sword of Kings.

Took around half an hour to get. It's easy to get within one of Lumine Hall basement rooms where they have almost or 100% chance of spawning.

You should defeat the Lumine Hall boss before farming this. The monsters will run away, making it way easy to get green swirls. If the Uncontrollable Sphere is alone, you will almost assuredly get an instant win, which greatly increases farming speed. Best spot is the room where the gift box containing a Super bomb is near a talking rock. From the Tenda Village entrance, go to the left and down, and take the first ladder you see. Took me about 20-30 minutes doing this.
