    DON'T use the upgraded charged buster, the delay will destroy you, if you have it, just use the lemons. Stay at the wall (mid height) and just fall when he attacks, easy when you get the hang of it.

    Easiest one. Just shoot lemons and wall jump.

    The worst part is the start, he just dashes at you and you can't avoid it. If he doesn't by RNG, then this fight is easy
