Princess Shroob should probably be added to the description. Current wording may sound like you have time to take everything off after the Princess Shroob fight.

Also the name is "Pantless Victory", yet we are not allowed to wear Badges either. I feel like Badges should be allowed as you to go through two boss fights at once and if you get hit once or twice as the adult bros then you are dead. I never once damaged Elder Princess Shroob because I was too busy trying to dodge (and failing) her attacks over and over. Pretty much forced to invest in Defense points ahead of time, but most wouldn't think to do that. Most Trollish cheev in the set.

I only upgraded Attack in my entire playthrough. Well this is gonna be fun. I'm one hit from every attack :D

You're not barred from using items, so make sure to use peppers for some much needed attack/def, and 1-Up Supers/Mushrooms so you can find opportunities to deal damage. You could probably make this easier by grinding enemies for some levels, but I did it at ~27 with a gigantic stack of 1-Up Mushrooms.

Being ~level 31 wasn't cutting it. It worked to my benefit since I still needed to get the 100 point clothing drop so, I left the castle and re-entered to get enemies spawned again. I farmed for a while before getting the clothing drop. I think I wound up ~level 38. Each level up, I only used the bonus points on defense. Made the battle easier.
Mix Flower. Hard to get the timing right but it was the only Bros. Item I had success with. There was a single attack phase where all tentacles and the crown were gone. I used Copy Flower there for some good damage. But ultimately, Mix Flower for every attack after that won the battle.
I maintain, FK this achievement.

Yeah, just closed the Emulator on my first attempt now. I‘m just in a constant state of reviving and healing, doing damage maybe every 10th or so turn.
Not a fun Achievement at all and basically forcing you to grind just isn‘t fun, especially for a Game I‘m already not fond of (but what you all do for a digital badge!)
