I had a problem too, but I decided by defeating the bosses in order and finishing with the final boss.

Didn't unlock for me, and i double checked that i killed all bosses, maybe the Manticore Double-Kill Glitch messes it up?

Alright, after retrying on hard mode i killed every boss like last time, avoiding the Double-Kill on the second boss (Whip the Manticore on the final blow so you hit both the tail and body on the same frame, spawns 2 orbs instead of 1) and got it

Do you have a copy of your save in one of the other slots of the game?It supposed to only affect the souls but could be a lead.

if anyone is still having trouble with this cheevo, make sure you pick up the orb the boss leaves. Might be required and if it isn't it just helps your stats

idk if order matters, but i beat all the bosses in order and picked up their orbs and this popped with no problem. creaking skull, manticore, great armor, big golem, headhunter, death, legion, balore, and finally graham

Worked for me - went in normal boss order, picked up all orbs

Order doesn't matter, except for Graham. He has to be last, due to the credits undoing you killing him. Your progress in emulator should say 8/9 before going to kill him.
