    i defeated him without the franklin badge and with only 1 hit using psi flash omega, however the achievement was not fired

    i noticed the achievement went away when paula gave me the franklin badge. Can't I just not have it in my inventory or do I have to not get it at all?

    Just make sure you gave the Franklin Badge to Escargot Express before fighting them

    In my first try the challenge turned off randomly, so i tried again making sure of not having the badge since the start of the session and it worked fine

    This needs to be updated. PSI Flash can disable you from getting it. I beat it without the Franklin Badge, Flash numbed him and it just refused to give it to me.

    Yeah, don't use PSI Flash. It cancels this achievement for some reason.
