Do the jumps made automatically by the game count? (when entering the veicule at relay station and after climbing the ladders inside)I'm pretty sure I've counted 47 jumps by the time I've reached the top and no unlocking. I'm gonna try some more.

Those ones don't count but the achievement does have protection from the glitch that lets you skip the ropeway.

Okay, here is the list of jumps: 9 jumps in the flooded room (3 before swing in the rope, 6 after); 3 jumps in the control room (where you calls the transport); 3 jumps in the container room; 3 jumps in the sub-control room (use the monitor in the right); After the boss fight, 2 jumps to enter the monitoring room (the monitor most left opens the door); 4 jumps to exit the monitoring room; 4 jumps to get to opened door; 3 jumps to next door; 0 jumps (use the platform in the middle to just walk to left and fall on ground without need to jump); 2 jumps (walk around the circle, be patient); 3 jumps to get in the first elevator (you can walk out the elevator and still get to ground, just time your steps); 2 jumps to next elevator; 2 jumps to third elevator; After screen change, 3 jumps to fourth elevator; 1 jump to final elevator; 3 jumps to reach the top! Total of 47 jumps, good luck

As BenGhazi mentioned above, you can't use the ropeway skip (end of flooded room) to get -1 jump, so you need to find a way to get to swing rope without jumping...
