Penance Capture:
This was hardest by far for me. Speed increases how fast you move, skill increases how far you move. Max speed and minimum skill is preferable. Find a stage with no blocks on the outside, you just need to move around the edge. You have 6 seconds to get 8-9 flags per Pokemon, it takes 4 seconds to change. Also keep in mind all flags spawn in the same spots and order. Keep resetting for enemy movement RNG and eventually the enemy will move how you need picking up flags in the center, and the flags will spawn in front of you. Don't give up.
Circle Push:
This one is another hard one, max speed and power helps. You have 6 points leeway, and keep in mind that computers just go to whatever is closest. Take advantage of this.
Block Smash:
Super easy if you know how to speed tap. Just bring in max power and max stamina pokemon, you can go though 30, then switch. To speed tap, tense your arm until it's shaking, then use that shake to tap.
Lamp Jump
Max jump Pokemon and this one is easy, but the controls are extremely finicky. Just keep trying to get as many lights per set as possible and you'll get it.
Hurdle Jump:
Skill based, max speed and jump make this easier. Jump right before the hurdle for a speed boost, blue should be enough if you don't hit any hurdles, but one Pokemon getting yellow is helpful.
Snow Throw:
Just keep swiping towards one team and you should get this one. Max skill helps a lot since it speeds up your throws. Just find the angle you need to get consistent hits.
Relay Run:
Max speed and Stamina make this one pretty easy, a decent track setup is all you need. The other Pokemon don't really get in the way. Swapping Pokemon just before the get tired seems to help a bit.
Disk Catch:
Max jump helps, park all Pokemon in the 5 point portion and catch frisbees as they come.
I set two Pokemon as goalies, and used one to dribble and shoot. If they wear out I swapped it out with a goalie. Speed helps with dribbling and power helps with shooting. I only shoot when other Pokemon are blocking the goal since it's surprisingly hard to control.
Ring Drop:
Super easy, just keep hitting the other Pokemon and don't jump off the edge since that's minus 10 points.
Good luck! Keep practicing and you'll get them, min-maxing for specific events helps a lot. Reset if you're grinding for them, it makes attempts quicker.
