    Late reply but yup. I used the Master Ball on Raikou and it still popped.

    Ugh,I should've used my Master Ball on Raikou. I chased him for three hours then ended up using my Master Ball on Suicune. I thought he would start roaming.

    Suicine is an small story. Where you have to find him. First Encounter is in Cianwood city (north). After that between Maghony town and Ecrutaek City (at the apricorn trees). After that he goes to vermillion city (harbor). Route 14 (bt the water east) and after that final part in Cerulean City (where you found misty). After that you can fight him, and he wont leave!

    Raikou and Entei in the other hand are roaming around. And if you even wanna fight them, they will run. But got an small solution for you guys...

    Catch an Absol on wednesday. And learn him mean look (for not running away) and false Swipe (hitting him but not killing).

    Go hunt Raikou and Entei, be smart where to look and think forward is the idea!
