    The video above doesnt provide me the information what I was looking for. Lucky enough this link: https://www.serebii.net/heartgoldsoulsilver/gym-rematch.shtml give me the information I needed. Yes you can battle all at once. But when you working on it. Dont rebattle the gymleaders until you got em all. For example: finding gymleader A at location B. Let them give you there Phonenumber. After that give him an call on the "Specific date". Let him join the dojo in Saffron City (Kanto). After that dont battle him yet until you got all 16 gymleaders there to rebattle you. Do this all at once and the achievement is youts!
