1. copy the list of accessories from this page: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Walking_Pok%C3%A9mon
(For some reason it is only missing the Jagged Boulder which I found right outside the entrance to the Mt. Silver Cave.)
2. Check your accessories and mark which ones you already have.
3. Buy accessories from the guy in the Goldenrod Tunnel until he won't let you enter the raffle anymore, this means you've collected all backdrops and accessories from him.
4. Follow the list until you find all accessories from your following pokemon.
Tips:
-Map a button to turbo-A to save your wrists.
-It's better to check routes that only give one item instead of rolling for a 1/x from places that give several items if you have the option to.
-Sometimes it takes a long time to get an item, swap pokemon, or move to a different location to help the boredom.
-SAVE after you find a new accessory
The only item I had trouble finding was Peculiar spoon from Route 25, I had to go to Goldenrod radio tower because my pokemon refused to pick anything up on Route 25.
-1: Set up a Turbo-A like Zoroppirates said, it helps a ton
0: Go to an area with multiple items you need (It's easier if you don't have to move as much)
1: Face your pokemon and save
2: Set your time forward three hours and restart the game
3: Fast forward and hold the turbo
4: If you don't get an accessory within 10-20 symbols above the pokemon restart
5: When you finally get an item you want(restart if it's one you don't want), save
6: Repeat from step 3 until all the accessories are obtained from that location
7: Move to the next location and repeat
With that all said, I don't know why but it seems some pokemon will not pick up items in some routes. I used an Ampharos for 90ish% of all of this but it refused to get anything in route 24, Cherrygrove City and the Dark Cave and I had to switch pokemon for those locations.
The list Zoropirates linked is also great and has everything but the Jagged Boulder, so use that for seeing where everything is and keeping track of what you have left.
But I assume friendship matters, so better do it with your playthrough team, that's why I did.
