Here's a simple, yet effective strategy. First of all, give Lynx the Yellow Plate and a anti-Sprain accessory, i gave him the Star Fragment. Then, make sure you stole that Rainbow Shell from him with Fargo, if not, Run Away and try again. Criosphinx will use two yellow elements at the start killing off the other two party members. Defend three times after that so you don't die by his physical attacks, then, just clobber Criosphinx with Lynx, apparently, in this fight you deal critical hits every time, so use that to your advantage. The pattern goes like this: Yellow Element > Yellow Element > Yellow Element x2 > Attack > Attack > Attack. Once you got that pattern down, you can pretty much solo Criosphinx with Lynx alone.
