How do you make the Darkness status stick? It misses at least one of my characters every single time :(

Apparently, every character has to be blinded at least once. You don't have to retain the status. Wasted 2+ hours in here due to inaccurate description.

It doesn't matter if you were blinded at least once. If at least one party member isn't blinded by the end of the fight the achievement will fail.

Lynx wasn't blinded at the end of the battle and I still got the achievement. But I got everyone blinded at least twice during the battle. I don't have any screenshots to prove that, but I know what I've seen ;-)

SEEMS like a black field helps for the blind hitting the whole party. Since he rotates physical hits then exhaust gas I tried to put a bunch of lv 1 black elements and give him a black field for exhaust gas right before the killing hits

This one is tricky, but here are some tips: - It always does the same rotation, and the only attack you have to worry is Rampage, wich he does right after the Exhaust smoke - Make sure to defend with everyone before Rampage - If you have the Element "Diminish" you can cut the damage even more for quite some time - Once he is at low HP, stall defending until you get the triple blind to finish the job - If a character dies, is a mess to recover from the bad situation, its tipically better to run away and retry the battle, but up to you - If worried about the physical phases, to cut damage you can spend 6 stamina in attack, and use the last point to defend, wont work when casting healing tho
