1. Disassemble profiteer's purse 2. Make Iron weapons for Serge and Korcha 3. Give Korcha "turn black" 4. Fight: Hit weak with Korcha, Turn Black, Strong with Serge 2 times, Dash & Slash, Strong with Korcha 2 times. Kill off helpers.

Ok, it's much easier in "Leave Kid Alone" route :D

Disassembling profiteers purse is a good tip. I've used a different strategy tho:a) 2 medium attacks with guile and then Ice Blastb) 1 weak attack with Leena (or any char really) and Turn Blackc) 2 strong attacks + Dash & Slash with Serge

Both suggestions didn't work for me even remotely with 10 stars. Sometimes I wasn't allowed to do even 4 moves and suggestions are 7... So I just suffered pure random until got lucky. UPD: It'll be a lot easier on rematch with 33 stars...

Done it with 8 stars, party Guile + Mojo, all party have iron weapons, plus Serge have 2 dragoons items and power glove. Mojo do a weak attack - cast turn black, Guile do a weak attack - cast meteorite, Segre do a 2 strong attack - cast Dash&slash. Runaway, until Serge do a critical strong attack (about 140 HP) or if someone miss. With Serge crit, Beeba die in one turn
