This achievement require to obtain 2 items. If i am not mistaken it is not missable

Just talk to the "Barrel" in Home World and then to the "Pot" in Another World until they give the item.

Keep talking to the barrel in the bar in Arni Village until you pisses it off and it will give you an item in Home World and do the same in the same location but now its a pot, in Another World.
