This isn't working for me. I've been doing this from an old NG+ save which had me load at the final battle.I then played NG+ start to finish and still nothing.Does this only work on normal mode?

I haven't tested this ending on NG+. Try to beat the boss in the normal timeline were you start in the game (not the alternative) and tell me if it work for you.

I might be semi-stuck on this achievement on a non newgame+ file, the achievement wont pop for me after I did this way: Beated the game with bad ending first, saved on a diferent slot than the main savefile. then, loaded the completed one (Yellow savefile with a star) the game asked me to load another save as Continue+, so I loaded the main savefile next to the final battle.

I made preparations for the battle then saved again, the save still is not yellowed, yet it might be flaged as ng+, now it doesnt matter how many times I do the true ending, the achievement won't pop :(

The achievement check the screen changes after you beat the boss at the end of the game and get the good ending. Something last you can try if you beat him on alternative timeline beach go to normal timeline and beat him there just in case.

Does this only trigger on a New Game, beat it NG+ at Home World using the Chrono Cross but it did not trigger.

This is one of the two possible endings you get at the very end of the game.

Yes, I already have all the other achievements, saved this one for last. I definitely received the good ending by using the Chrono Cross with the correct color pattern.

Can you send me your battery save "normal save" not a savestate so i can take a look to see what went wrong. I haven't test it on a NG+ so this might be the reason the achievement fail to trigger.

Sent you the save. I also pulled a save off gamefaqs that was a non NG+ and got it to trigger on the first shot.
