    Fixed in 2018, I've added two extra values that avoid it to unlock in Wave Ride mini-game.

    If you check the map any spot that isn't flashing still has something in it. Makes it easier to narrow down where you are missing things

    Adjusted the achievement to add save protection as this was not present. Added the delta check within alt groups 1-3 as well as removing the redunant condition 1 in core as it was always true.

    So, my save file is 100% but the achievement didn't pop up

    After restarting the game several times with no results, I clicked to view the Collection Room. Upon returning to the menu, the achievement popped up. In case someone encounters the same issue.

    Had the same issue as the other guy regarding this achievement and the same solution worked for me, used mgba retroarch

    It didn’t trigger for me when the last 1% I needed was entering an unentered room.

    Ok nvm, deleted my last comment, I went back to my savefile and then went to the collection room, upon doing that, the achievement triggered. So maybe everyone has to look at everything that's been collected for it to trigger?
