    The pain of missing a single item hurts. The last two that required a complete sweep was just a full heal and an antidote. This item search suffering is now over for me.

    At 99% completion, I spent hours combing all the dungeons to try to find the last missing one. Turns out I was missing one item in the wide open space by the Pokeathlon Dome

    well I'll be, the last item actually was somewhere I completely forgot about: it was in a rock in the Cliff Edge Cave in Cianwood you can only access with Rock Climb. Sneaky ass.

    My final two items took me DAYS to comb through the map. They ended up being
    1) on the Olivine Port, which you can only enter Mondays and Fridays, and
    2) the southwest corner of the Ice Path ice maze, on the first floor.

    Final item was a Full Heal I missed when passing through Olivine. Luckily it wasn't an annoying cave item

    Unsurprisingly, this was tough. So I made a checklist. Please feel free to make a copy and use it yourself, that's why I made it. I held off on picking up any hidden items until I had Rock Climb so that I could make the list and check it as I went. 40 Max Repels later and now detailed directions are included for each item. 142 in total for Johto.
